I saw an intro on a youtube video about this. Apparently, this is the second time it has happened.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

This is exactly why I don't want to apply for a CHL here in this shithole. Name goes on a list held by people that call me a terrorist. Unreal.

The real enemy here is those who are in control.

Would it be hard to prove in court that if people on that list are robbed or harmed it is at least partially the attny gens fault? I’d love to see irresponsibility such as this face severe penalties. Doing stuff like this should make you ineligible for government employment.

Imagine the flip side of this ideological coin. What if a list of all the people who got abortions were leaked? Sure I know it’s a violation of some medical rule but this bastard is also infringing on citizens constitutionally protected right by seeking to shame and intimidate them.

Why not just leave people the fuck alone?

I can totally see Maryland doing this.

John

The key to enforcement is to punish the violator, not an inanimate object. The punishment of inanimate objects for the commission of a crime or carelessness is an affront to stupidity.

Thank you...fixed in OP as well.

This exposure of information also included judges, law enforcement and others who have chosen to protect themselves like rape and domestic violence victims.

Another concern to many is the use of the information and abuse of "red flag" laws or employers having gun related information about workers and how it might impact their employment.

Names and DOB released according to one post. Sounds like a lawsuit related to the state assisting in identity theft.

I like the way shovelhead thinks. The only way to get these assholes to back the fuck off is to make an example out of some of them in court.

The duty to protect and defend the law, because it protects the individual, which is at the core, the foundation of the Constitution of these United States.

Such violations are treasonous and born of treachery.

This info may be available publicly upon request. However, to proactively publish this comprehensively and broadly is shameful. And even more so, the intent behind it.

The CA left are disgusting disgusting disgusting people. I would piss on their graves if I could distinguish them. And people wonder why I have no friends here.

Karma will be a bitch for him. I hope I'm around to laugh when it comes.

The problem is the shitheads never pay a price personally. The taxpayers take it in the shorts.

The solution to this is constitutional carry.

Remember the dipshit NY newspaper that released Carry Permit Holders Names & Addresses in 2012?

Gun owners responded by publishing the publisher, Janet Hasson's, address and phone number all over the web. They also published the CEOs, the "journalists", the person who made the map for the article, and the junior editor. The newspaper had to hire armed guards for the building, staff's home, and some even went into hiding.

I bring this up as I think California Attorney General Rob Bonta and his staff need their addresses published too.

Side related. Heard Hannity interview the praying football coach and his lawyer that just won at the supremes. Attorneys worked pro bono but they have the right to go after the school district for all their legal fees now. Into the millions. School district supervisors don’t care. They have either insurance or self insure and end of the day tax payers take it hard and deep through more taxes or increased insurance premiums . The public employees don’t give a crap, not their money.

If the tax payers in that school district are paying attention, they should not that funds that could otherwise add value to the education of their children are being used to pay for mistaken beliefs that they may not agree with. Or in any case, beliefs that are inappropriate for public school systems.

That should bring some action. But may be not since they've likely already been programmed otherwise.

If the leak was intentional, either criminal charges need to be filed or some other method to remove him from his position and prohibit him from ever serving again - and have his law license revoked.

In fact, the latter idea is something. The AG must have a current law license in order to serve.

Certainly aiding in firearms theft. Telling them where they can steal guns, the AG wants more crime and more weapons in the hands of criminals.
