The left is attempting to make the Supreme Court irrelevant - to delegitimize it. This, the student loan forgiveness BS...what's the next ruling they will ignore? They want to destroy this country.

egregoreThis is a couple of decades old, but Massad Ayoob has written that the only CCW in the entire state of Hawaii is held by the civilian armorer for the Honolulu police.

I do believe that is covered under the 1st, run it by us for those that forget and "screw their feelings"
I'll say it:

The U.S. Supreme Court’s acute hostility toward gun safety laws faced more criticism from within the judiciary on Wednesday when the Pennsylvania Supreme Court sharply criticized recent precedents expanding the right to bear arms."
WTF, SCOTUS is not concerned with fucking "gun safety laws". What marxist trash.

Agreed. They will use the first to wipe their ass with the second.

.38supersigSo can other states now decide to ignore whatever laws they just don't like?
Don't think so.

He's fine. Higgy would slide a few twentys during a commercial break and make it all go away.

These tyrants need to be kicked in the teeth...there are zero "gun safety" laws. And criminals don't care about the laws (just like demoncrats).

I think you have hit the nail on the head. Neither the Executive Branch nor Congress will penalize those states refusing to recognize the decisions of the Supreme Court.

stkfoxThe supreme court renders opinions, not LAW. The laws are left to the state. Should your state abide by the supreme court’s decision and follow up with their own state laws, well then, that is where the fight is.

Nope. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land. Neither the federal legislature nor the legislatures of the states may make a law overriding the constitution. That is how the system is designed. The problem is that the criminals in this federal administration don’t give a flying fig about the law. They enforce the ones the want, make up new ones and enforce those, and don’t enforce the laws they don’t like. It is unfortunate that the founders did not provide in the design severe penalties for officials who fail to honestly and faithfully fulfill their duties.

They may have taken schooling after the curriculum moved to the new Chicago Good’n’Plenty Clause.
