If someone directed a gun at me suddenly, my ONLY business is to fight (or flight). I would never, ever, yield to two guys who had set up a roadblock like that with a shotgun.

Broad daylight, middle of the day, guy in his own neighborhood, in jogging clothes, jogging, with nothing in his hands. What vigilante stupidity would inspire anyone to chase someone down with a truck and guns.

If the two guys in the truck, (and guy in car) did in fact, ambush and murder the guy, I hope they get it all and without dicking dancing around any foolishness.

I don't know but to me it just looks like the dude is jogging. He doesn't seem to be in any significant hurry. If some yokels role up on me pointing guns from the bed of a pickup I might try and go out fighting. I wonder if the victim was wearing headphones. I know when I run I usually don't hear people talking to me through my Airpods.

Even more reason to carry when I run.
