Tell him that you're tired of running, and are willing to give yourself up, you'll be waiting in front of your house with your lawyer and they won't need handcuffs, you'll submit peacefully.

Caught in a loop
| I saw a major increase in "sell your home," texts last year. This year, someone in NYC really wants to get my attention. Unfortunately for them they don't make it past a ring or two.

I have had numerous texts from people (speculators?), all of whom ask me if I would like to sell a home. All of the texts refer to the same address, an address that I had never heard of prior to these people who want to buy it. I used google street view to look at the house. Looks well kept, nothing special though, pretty typical of the houses in this area in the $200,000 to $300,000 range. Since I have nothing to lose, I certainly am willing to sell it. I have been negotiating in good faith with the buyer, we have agreed on a price (probably too low, but it's "found money" for me), but she's dragging her heels on closing. I want it done this week, she wants 30 to 60 days. WTF? Don't ask me to sell if you're not ready to buy.

| Lots of spam texts. From USPS, ATT, Car Warranty coverage. Last week, got back to back spam calls from the same number, twice (2 numbers, 4 calls).
