I have had numerous texts from people (speculators?), all of whom ask me if I would like to sell a home. All of the texts refer to the same address, an address that I had never heard of prior to these people who want to buy it.

I used google street view to look at the house. Looks well kept, nothing special though, pretty typical of the houses in this area in the $200,000 to $300,000 range.

Since I have nothing to lose, I certainly am willing to sell it. I have been negotiating in good faith with the buyer, we have agreed on a price (probably too low, but it's "found money" for me), but she's dragging her heels on closing. I want it done this week, she wants 30 to 60 days. WTF? Don't ask me to sell if you're not ready to buy.

This is the most poorly written one yet:

Been getting a lot of calls from Mr. Likely - Scam Likely. I don't know any Scams so I ignore...

I get few on my mobile - I still have a landline, and use that number at all businesses. If I'm leaving something for repair, I'll mention "Oh, you can reach me on my mobile" - they usually write that number manually on the paperwork.

I get only a few spam calls on the mobile, and some of random lonely hearts texts.

I'm glad I still have the landline to publish for people.

Lots of spam texts. From USPS, ATT, Car Warranty coverage.

Last week, got back to back spam calls from the same number, twice (2 numbers, 4 calls).
