I say all of the above fully KNOWING there is a small population amongst us that really DOES have a need. I'd give it 3% of those that are currently sucking the gubmint teat. The other 97%?? They've been getting free shit generation after generation after generation. There are "families" out there that are probably on their FOURTH generation of SOLE DEPENDENCE on Uncle Sugar. Never done one worthwhile MF'ing thing remotely related to a job in their pathetic lives. Hell...we had someone here on SIGforum who hired a lady who was on Uncle Sugar's tab and she QUIT after her first paycheck because she could stay at home and do NOTHING for just a little less money a month. Bring back the bread line. Every week you must arrive by 0600 on a Saturday to get signed in. Wait in line and get two cases of MRE’s that are a month short of expiration date. You can do this every week no questions asked. If you are truly in need you will find a way to get there. No effort no self motivation then go ahead and starve.
