President Donald Trump declared in a Thursday morning Truth Social post that he has directed the Commerce Department to start working on a new census, noting that illegal aliens in the U.S. will not be included in the population count.

"I have instructed our Department of Commerce to immediately begin work on a new and highly accurate CENSUS based on modern day facts and figures and, importantly, using the results and information gained from the Presidential Election of 2024," the president said in the post.

"People who are in our Country illegally WILL NOT BE COUNTED IN THE CENSUS. Thank you for your attention to this matter!" he added.

Para, that is the best news I've seen in a while! The representation of the country will finally be correct and the dim's will see a new low.

About time! This will probably change the congressional landscape, particularly in places like California and even New York!!

Ordering a new census is HUGE! The census is one of the main factors that decides how federal money is distributed. Take LA County for example. There is 4million plus souls crammed into that place. Now if you only count the citizens, I imagine you would lose more than a million in the census count. Probably more. The point is, if federal money is distributed to LA County based on the census that counted only citizens, watch how fast the dems eject the parasites. That's the way they roll. If illegals no longer are of value to them, they will want them out fast.
This is just what the voices in my head are telling me anyway.

US President Donald Trump will sign an executive order that could open the door for cryptocurrencies to be included in 401(k) retirement plans, potentially reshaping how Americans invest their savings.

The White House Press Office confirmed to Cointelegraph on Thursday that the order directs the US Labor Department to reevaluate restrictions around alternative assets in defined-contribution plans, including digital assets, private equity and real estate.

A senior White House official said the order instructs the Secretary of Labor to clarify the department’s stance on alternative assets and provide guidance on fiduciary processes for offering these types of investments in retirement portfolios.

Trump will allow crypto exposure for $12.5 trillion 401(k) market
Once implemented, Cointelegraph's Ezra Reguerra reports that the order could grant Americans access to digital assets through their 401(k) plans — part of a $12.5 trillion retirement market and a sought-after opportunity for crypto firms aiming to reach more retail investors.

The move would be a significant step forward for the crypto industry, which has long sought broader retail exposure and financial system legitimacy.

Despite institutional investors increasing crypto allocations, everyday savers have been restricted due to fiduciary risk, regulatory uncertainty and volatility concerns.

The White House official said that Trump’s directive would call for inter-agency coordination with the US Treasury and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to explore rule changes that may support the adoption of alternative investments like crypto in retirement products.

Illegally will be the key here. Democrats (who will avoid their part in history) will point out how slaves were counted but conveniently leave out they (slaves) were in the country legally (they sure as hell didn't sneak in n their own accord)

H1B's those here on visas, those here who overstayed, those here illegally, all should not be counted in the census for the purpose of allocation of funds, and seats in Congress.

An aside to that, Congress needs to pass legislation regarding H1B replacement employees, when doing so companies cut payroll, that means they cut tax income to the Feds and States. Take a million in payroll and reduce it by half, that means half the payroll, SSI Medicare taxes are being paid, and since the company pays part of those taxes, that is cut.

So pass a law that you have to continue to fund the taxes as if the job was still there at the payroll level you cut. There needs to be a cost to cutting USA jobs. Same for offshoring US jobs.

JMO if you have a Sanctuary state, or city within your state, then the estimated illegal population will be reduced from your state totals as we can't be sure you are not counting them.

President Trump said Thursday he has instructed his administration to start work on a "new" census.

According to a social media post by Trump, that census would exclude millions of people living in the country without legal status — an unprecedented change to how the country has conducted population tallies since the first U.S. census in 1790.

The 14th Amendment requires the "whole number of persons in each state" to be included in a key set of census numbers used to determine how presidents and members of Congress are elected.

The U.S. Constitution mandates a census, or headcount, of the population every ten years. This is primarily outlined in Article I, Section 2 of the Constitution, which requires an "actual Enumeration" of "all persons" residing in the United States.

Justice Department Opens Criminal Investigation Into New York Attorney General Letitia James

New York Attorney General Letitia James is now under criminal investigation over her targeting of both President Donald Trump and another instance, Breitbart News has learned.

Two sources briefed on the matter told Breitbart News that subpoenas have been sent to James focusing on what they say are allegations she engaged in what is called a “deprivation of rights” when she targeted Trump and another instance. Subpoenas have been issued, these sources say, and there is an active and open grand jury investigation that was ordered by Attorney General Pam Bondi and is being run by a U.S. Attorney’s office in New York. While the sources did not specify which U.S. Attorney in New York is handling the James investigation — there are multiple U.S. Attorney’s offices in New York — since her office is in Albany and that that is from where she took these actions for which she is now under investigation, it would be appear that probably means the northern district in New York is the one handling this.

While these sources briefed on the matter did not say more than this investigation was focused on a “deprivation of rights” question, the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division website quite clearly specifically includes statutes focused on this front. “Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States,” the Justice Department website states.

The DOJ website notes as well that depending on the severity of such an offense, if someone is convicted of this federal crime they could face life in prison or even the death penalty.

“For the purpose of Section 242, acts under ‘color of law’ include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official’s lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties,” the DOJ website states. “Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim.”

Again, it is unclear if that is the specific statute under which James faces criminal investigation, but the sources briefed on the matter did say that the investigation is focused on a “deprivation of rights” case with regard to Trump and with regard to another instance as well. Since subpoenas have been issued, normally federal subpoenas would cite a specific statute — but again, those documents are not as of yet publicly available.

This news comes after it was revealed in May of 2025 that James was under FBI investigation for potential alleged mortgage fraud. She now faces multiple criminal investigations from federal law enforcement.

James regularly campaigned for the office she holds now on going after Trump, and this line of investigation is likely to prove to be fruitful because of the fact she was so open about plotting to come after him before she won her election as New York Attorney General. As Breitbart News editor-in-chief Alex Marlow details in his just-published book Breaking The Law, James pledged to come after Trump — and then did so.

In a piece this week explaining the ties back to the Democrat Joe Biden White House of all the lawfare against Trump establishing the fact pattern laid out in his book, Marlow had this key detail:

Letitia “Tish” James is a partisan Democrat who ran and won her race for New York Attorney General specifically to try to destroy Trump. She is one of the most open and public practitioners of lawfare featured in the book. She once told a group of New York Democrats that “I look forward to going into the office of the Attorney General every day, suing [Trump], and then going home.” She uses the law to advance political goals, and she doesn’t hide that fact. Despite rising crime in New York during her tenure as state AG, she seems entirely fixated on getting Trump.

In addition, Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) in February 2014, when she was House GOP conference chairwoman, sent a 64-page letter to the New York Committee on Professional Standards demanding that James be disbarred over the at least 50 specific examples of prejudicial comments she made about Trump before going after him in various civil litigation in New York in the lead-up to the 2024 presidential election.

EPA Terminates $7 Billion Grant Program for Solar Projects

The Solar for All program is being eliminated under the One Big Beautiful Act, EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin said.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) said on Aug. 7 it was terminating a $7 billion grant program designed to provide solar energy grants to over 900,000 low-income households.

The Solar for All program, established by the Biden administration through the Inflation Reduction Act, awarded grants in April 2024 to 60 recipients—including states, territories, tribes, and nonprofits—to expand solar energy access to low-income and disadvantaged communities, reduce energy costs, and address climate concerns.
EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin said in a social media video that “very little money has actually been spent,” noting that grant recipients are still in the early planning phase and have not yet begun construction.

“In some cases, your tax dollars were diluted through up to FOUR pass-through entities, each taking their own cut off the top!” the EPA chief stated on X. “The bottom line is this: EPA no longer has the statutory authority to administer the program or the appropriated funds to keep this boondoggle alive.”
Zeldin noted that the program was being eliminated under the One Big Beautiful Act that President Donald Trump signed into law last month, which also eliminated the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund.

In the video, Zeldin said the previous administration had exempted the solar program from the “Build America, Buy America” law, which requires federal agencies to use American workers, products, and infrastructure for projects funded by U.S. taxpayer dollars.

“That’s great news for China, not so much for the USA,” he added.

On July 7, Trump signed an executive order to end federal subsidies for wind and solar energy projects, citing the unreliability of these energy sources and dependence on foreign-controlled supply chains.
In his order, Trump stated that reliance on “so-called ‘green’ subsidies” poses a national security risk by making the United States dependent on supply chains controlled by foreign adversaries.
The order directs Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent to take action within 45 days of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act’s enactment to enforce the termination of tax credits for solar and wind energy facilities.

It also instructs the Interior Department to review and eliminate policies that give preferential treatment to wind and solar projects over “dispatchable energy sources” such as coal-fired power plants.

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), who introduced the solar program in a bid to reduce electric bills for working families, denounced the program’s termination as illegal and vowed to push back against the move.

“At a time when working families are getting crushed by skyrocketing energy costs and the planet is literally burning, sabotaging this program isn’t just wrong — it’s absolutely insane,” he said in a Aug. 5 statement. “We will fight back to preserve this enormously important program.”
Sen. Edward Markey (D-Mass.), member of the Environment and Public Works Committee, said the program was projected to save participating households an average of $400 in energy bills annually, and that terminating it could drive up the costs.

“Instead of Solar for All, Trump and Zeldin want higher costs for all,” Markey stated. “American households are already facing skyrocketing energy costs and are begging for relief, not political retribution.”

I think this is a great idea. I hope it happens. Just one issue. I know for certain that high quality fake immigration documents (that are difficult to detect) are fairly common. These fake documents show lawful admission for permanent residence. So if an illegal presents one of these high quality fake documents and it escapes detection by the census worker, the illegal will be counted. There is one way to defeat the fake documents. The census workers would have to be given access to the immigration data base to check immigration documents. When this was done where I worked, it virtually eliminated the problem. This would require that those hired as census takers have more of a background check before they are hired than they have in the past. Access to this data base does require a background investigation.

So yes I hope this happens. But I do hope that the census takers get the tools they need to do the job right.
