He technically didn’t defy anything. Activist judge blocked him from sending the ORNG, so he’s sending in the CANG. Big Grin

"They've made their ruling, now let them enforce it." Andrew Jackson.

Trump needs to simply tell these activist judges to go f*** themselves and just do what needs done.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Correct but neither will the Trump coin as it doesn’t follow the coinage act

Exactly! He is following the court order just fine, all the while legally side-stepping it! Big Grin

^^^^^^^
Now a leftist judge has blocked sending in the CANG.

AI Overview:
“A federal judge in Oregon, Karin Immergut, has blocked the Trump administration from deploying the California National Guard (CANG) or any other National Guard units to the state. The order came after the administration attempted to circumvent a previous ruling that blocked the deployment of Oregon's own National Guard to Portland…”

“Former Special Counsel Jack Smith's investigation into President Donald Trump allegedly resulted in the FBI spying on nearly half a dozen Republican lawmakers.

A bombshell document released by Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, on Monday shows that the lawmakers were being investigated during Smith's probe into the January 6 Capitol riot.

Sens. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., Bill Hagerty, R-Tenn., Josh Hawley, R-Mo., Dan Sullivan, R-Alaska, Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala., Ron Johnson, R-Wisc., Cynthia Lummis, R-Wyo., and Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., were probed, according to an FBI document published by Grassley… “

The story is definitely Trump-related:

“Former Special Counsel Jack Smith's investigation into President Donald Trump…”

So it belongs here IMO.

Why would Jack “investigate” those particular congressmen?

The left goes apeshit about some mostly minor issue every few days, but in comparison aren't too bothered about two assassination attempts on DT. Imagine how nuts they'd still be going if one of their candidates had an attempt. They'd remind us breathlessly every day.

Now that is a mystery isn’t it?
I wonder if it has anything to do with their political leanings? Naaw, that couldn’t be it.

Trump to Newsmax: 'Sleazebag Jack Smith' Is 'Paying the Price'

President Donald Trump ripped former special counsel Jack Smith in an appearance on Newsmax, calling him a "sleazebag" and a "sick person" following reports that Smith ordered surveillance on the phones of several Republican lawmakers.

Speaking Monday on "Greg Kelly Reports," Trump said Smith's tactics were extreme and abusive and his downfall was inevitable.

"He was a sleazebag, Jack Smith. He was a bad guy, terrible guy, always went too far," Trump said.

"He was a violent, horrible prosecutor, and he's paying the price."

Trump said Smith's aggressive approach has ruined the lives of countless people and accused him of weaponizing the justice system for political purposes.

"What he did to the lives of so many people. And he tried on me," Trump said.

"This guy was a bad guy. And, you know, the reason he lost is because he went too far."

The president suggested Smith's actions — including surveillance of GOP lawmakers' communications — backfired.

"When you go too far, sometimes you get away with it. But they didn't get away with it here," Trump said.

"Jack Smith was a sick person."

Trump's remarks come amid growing outrage from Republican senators and representatives who were targeted in what they describe as politically motivated surveillance under Smith's direction.

Some would say that already happened on J6 2021, when VP elect Kamala had to be removed from the DNC headquarters in DC because they found that pipe bomb. Crazy how that never gets mentioned, isn't it... Confused

I mean, any politician worth their salt would bring that up ALL THE TIME, IF all of that went down as we've all been told...
