DOJ Again Refuses to Give Judge Boasberg Sensitive Information on National Security Related to Deportation Flights

Here, I'll answer:

1) How many planes departed US on Saturday carrying anyone based on Proclamation; All of them.
2) How many people in each category; Again, all of them.
3) What foreign country/countries did they landed; The correct one(s).
4) Time took off & wear; time you contend left US air space; what time landed in each country; what time transferred into that countries custody When the aircraft weight-off-wheels was noted by the aircrew, wear was normal for a typical take-off; about 10 minutes before you made such an outrageous order; 20 minutes sooner than scheduled; 10 minutes after aircraft's door was opened.

Yup, time to ignore the mother fuckers' orders. WTF are they going to do? Hand down another strongly worded order that Trump is out of order?

That is the trap being set. Ignoring the Court Order then will create a "Constitutional Crisis" that the DEMS will claim calls for impeachment.

There is a fucking constitutional crisis being played in plain sight, right now; the judicial branch taking over U.S. policy and the executive branch.

At some point an obvious redline is reached. We've long past exceeded it.

And if it wasn't crossed before, an "LGBT" judge telling the Pentagon that it must keep transgender soldiers in its ranks certainly did it.

Democrats won't be impeaching anyone, and Trump is already a lame duck. What we are seeing was anticipated by several of the founding fathers and Hamilton wrote about it at length in Federalist #81. Robert Yates wrote about it quite a lot and warned explicitly of an imperial judiciary. Hamilton rejected the idea of an imperial judiciary through the concept of departmentalism. Basically, Hamilton asserted that each EQUAL branch of government would make their own interpretations of how the Constitution was to be interpreted for their own branches. He stressed that the judicial was the weakest of the branches by design. Contrary to our broken, biased progressive media, the executive branch has a duty to assert its authority when it disagrees with the judiciary. Hamilton actually states that the judiciary has 'neither force nor will, only judgement and must ultimately depend upon the aid of the executive arm'. This is saying that there will be times when the executive will choose not to provide this aid. Trump is exactly the man to rescue the executive from a weaponized judiciary. He's showing restraint and doing a great job, but the courts just give opinions. Asinine to pretend Trump has to accept all these sweeping judicial mandates. Roberts and the courts are well aware of all of this.

It seems like just yesterday the people running Joe Biden's office were ignoring court rulings.

Oh hold up. Let's tack on one more before the close of the day.

They're going to keep this up for four years unless its curbed stomped by SCOTUS.

So given this info, folks still think the mic slap was an “accident”?

unless they get pressured to retire early, or they get prosecuted for judicial abuse of power

I think I'd like to see a republican appointed judge issue an injunction against all Obama and Biden appointed judges from interfering in the operation of the executive branch

they're supposed to be co-equal, but the judges seem to think they're superior

Federal Judge Orders Astronauts Be Returned To Space Station

U.S. — A district judge has issued a ruling saying Trump lacked the Constitutional authority to pick up two astronauts who have been stranded at the International Space Station for several months.

SpaceX has been ordered to return the astronauts immediately.

"I will not stand by while Donald Trump abuses his power like a dictator," said Judge Earl Flanders in his ruling. "Trump has no authority to pick up these astronauts, and I can say that because I'm a federal judge, and no one is allowed to argue with me, and everyone has to do what I say."

Eyewitnesses say the judge then donned a Keffiyeh and spray painted a Cybertruck while screaming "Black Lives Matter."

Sources in Washington say Trump plans to brazenly ignore the lawful order and bring the astronauts home anyway. "This is just the kind of wanton lawlessness we should expect from a dictator who is literally Hitler," said one legal analyst.

The SpaceX craft docked at the ISS on Sunday and was preparing for the return journey to Earth when the orders stopped the process short. "Please bring us home, I just want a cheeseburger and a nap in a horizontal bed," said one of the crew.

At publishing time, Trump was polling at 100% approval among the stranded astronaut demographic.

This is an example of the consequences of putting one's self under the gaze of what I refer to as The Great Unblinking Eye

NPR Reporter Danielle Kurtzleben Deletes X Account After Being Identified as Reporter Who Struck President Trump in the Face With a Boom Mic
quote:
NPR has not responded to a request for comment by TGP, nor has the news outlet made any public comment on the incident by their reporter.

Curiously, the White House Correspondents’ Association has also been silent on the incident.

Likewise, the Secret Service has not commented on whether agents detained Kurtzleben for questioning or tested the boom mic for toxic substances.

No White House reporters, including so-called ‘new media’ reporters, have asked Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt at either Monday’s nor Wednesday’s briefings. Kurtzleben’s fellow reporters appear to be protecting her–the opposite of what would have happened if a Fox News reporter hit Barack Obama or Joe Biden in the face with a boom mic.

The Daily Mail reported Monday that Kurtzleben is “in hiding”, after getting an “out office message” in response to queries to her and no response from NPR.
