Back when I worked for someone else I got in the habit of keeping a simple flat text file with things I had gotten done. Features implemented, significant bugs fixed, new team members mentored, whatever. When it got close to review time, I emailed the file to my boss. There wasn’t one who didn’t appreciate it as it made it easier for them to do the review. I never knowing met anyone who enjoyed doing reviews or didn’t appreciate help in reducing the time needed

When I had an admin position for a while in our very large medical group, my boss asked me to do my own performance review, and what you wrote was basically what I did.

I did the exact same thing when I was working (retired now). My boss loved it.
I would expect that government employees wouldn't think like that.

Ummmm…that’s from over a year ago.

The article I cited was published February 20, 2025. What did I misread? I don't want to do it again.

And how could it have been from more than a year ago? She certainly did not have access to any files at that time.

Unless I am further confused? Maybe Para can clear it up

How realistic of a goal is eliminating term limits?? If Trump manages to put all the right people in all the right places than can it be done? I like Vance but we would be blessed to have more time with Trump. Also, to add.. maybe it's my cynical nature but I find myself struggling to embrace Vance as Trump's replacement given what he candidly said about Trump in the past. People grow and learn but I keep imagining a situation where the head chef resigns and the chef in training burns the kitchen down.

If Vance becomes the next president - and that’s a very long way off, there is nothing that prohibits him from appointing Trump to a high profile cabinet position as long is it isn’t in the line of succession.

Proposed either by 2/3 of Congress (both House and Senate) or 2/3 of the state legislatures, final ratification must be by 3/4 of the states. Yeah, not going to happen, considering the current divided states of America. It's just grandstanding.

Uhh.. No! It can't happen, not within Trump's lifetime.
Actually, knowing he can't run for re-election is a good thing. He approaches every day with an attitude of 'get'r done' NOW!

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

He wants President Trump to be able to have a third term. Currently unconstitutional. And it will remain so. Forget it.

You need to get over that, Donald Trump certainly did. Vance admits he grew politically since that time, and I believe him. Honestly, can you name a better successor to DJT the JD Vance? I can't, just listen to him, he's the guy...Vance 2028! Wink

^^^ Regarding Patel as Interim Director at ATF, verified with Fox, ABC and CBS, which all say the same thing.

Yup, stop being an irrational worry wart. How many previous Trump haters are now MAGA? And, I'm going to remind folks again, Trump was a Dem, Reagan was one and so was Moses.
