Yep, they're going to have a tough time finding the black boxes because they're saying that there is 5 feet of soft mud at the bottom of the bay. It's going to be critical to find them since there is so little information about the cause of the crash. Captain and First Officer. The third person was from a different airline. He was "jumpseating," or getting a ride to work, which is done throughout the industry. Cargo flights will always have a captain and first officer (copilot), but often carry additional crew members for longer legs, and may also carry a mechanic and loadmaster aboard. | |||

The controller advised light to moderate returns ahead, then revised to say heavy, suggested a turn and advised ATC would accommodate. | |||
