Watching the video it seems more like a toy than a bona fide medical saving device, and I'm not a medical person. I don't see how a company would put out something like that w/out real-world testing before a rollout.

Probably a great option as an immediate way to slow, if not stop bleeding.

The other SWAT torniquets you "wind" which will obviously get tighter. I would use one first and then apply a more proven one when in safer or the intense bleeding is stopped.
