Probably a great option as an immediate way to slow, if not stop bleeding. The other SWAT torniquets you "wind" which will obviously get tighter. I would use one first and then apply a more proven one when in safer or the intense bleeding is stopped. Strive to live your life so when you wake up in the morning and your feet hit the floor, the devil says "Oh crap, he's up." | |||
