High relief wood carving. I don’t think “most can’t” is correct in this case, more like most don’t.

I can slice a golf ball to skip off two roofs and onto the green 18" from the hole. It's true. Houses line the hole, a short par 3.

In the world of 20” bicycles and dirt jumping, I’m pretty okay. People not in BMX would say I’m amazing.
I can slice garlic paper thin, very, very quickly. That said, I’m sure there are many chefs that can do the same, but most people are astonished.

I hold an FAA Statement of Aerobatic Competency Card (SAC) for 250' altitude. I used to be have a Surface waiver (no altitude restriction), but didn't perform at enough airshows to keep the surface endorsement.

I can properly pronounce the Dutch "g", "ch", and "sch" sounds, of which hardly any other non-Dutch people in the world appear to be capable.
Weird, but true.
First time I did it the owner of the company for which I was doing some technician training and I were headed down a highway. I saw a road sign and spoke the city name: "Groningen." He was so damn surprised to hear me properly enunciate the Dutch "g" sound he nearly went off the road
"What did you say?!?!" he demanded. I repeated it. He could hardly believe his ears.
I think I've only ever encountered one other non-Dutch individual in my life that can do it.

I can walk on stilts. We had them as kids. A couple years ago, we were at a relative's house and one of the kids had them. I hopped on them, and proceeded to walk around like an old hand, including up and down a wheelchair ramp and stairs. It had been at least 30 years since I was on stilts. . .

I can juggle and I used to be able to swim across an Olympic sized pool twice without coming up for air.
I can walk on my hands. Didn't know I could until high school when we were playing around after a wrestling practice and I just did it. about 10 feet at first. Longest I've done is about 100 feet before my head feels like it will explode. I can also go up and down ramps and stair step obstacles. I never thought it was that special until I started crossfit and I'm one of 2 people that can do it. The other has a solid gymnastics background.

I've been playing the drums for 30 years so I'm pretty good at it. But what usually impressed people is that I also sing lead and harmony vocals while playing, which is fairly rare for a drummer.

I have the weird ability to calm people down and get what I want on the phone or in person. This work 99 out of 100 times. That one person who I can't, well it's bad, they react to me with violent disdain and I have no way to identify them.
Seriously, folks walk into my office all day, hey I need X and so and so wont give it to me. Pick up the phone and call, its in my email in 02 seconds. I have done this since I was about 14 and it makes people nuts.
I would clerk at my dad's law office. The paralegals would walk in and say hey can you call Wal Mart and get these cleaning records I have been trying for months. Bam, in the mail on their way to us in 10 minutes.
Angry client on the phone, pick it up, an hour later 5 star review. It makes those who work around me furious at times.

Impressive! I'll be happy if I can just do a static free-standing handstand.
