Not much more to be said. - - - I recognize it's fully NOT the right thing to do, but part of me would like to have seen the customer plant the clerk squarely on his butt right after that first attempt at contact. Stepping back a little, I think the customer could have de-escalated that whole thing pretty easily, but was probably having far more fun fueling/watching the meltdown.
