The baker was involved in artistic endeavor. It was a compelled speech issue. There was nothing special about whatever vape juice the dude wanted. As for the right to refuse service, that’s another issue. But not what the cake case was about. | |||

Severe...Mental...Illness. We have virtually an entire generation that has 'zero' control over their emotions and behavior. They cannot function responsibly, rationally, or with any attachment to reality. Wow, I just watched, an adult (supposedly) throw a temper-tantrum....amazing. The left continues to expose themselves to be the unhinged mob that they truly are. He would've been within his rights to refuse service as a private place of business, instead, he throws invective, insults and abuse at the customer, takes a swing and turns a simple non-transaction into a legal issue. | |||
