Fresh homemade mango cheesecake with protection!

I had two very large perfectly ripe Kent Mangos out of the backyard and I came up with the idea to make a cheese cake! I actually only did the mango part while the wife made the cheese cake with the mango! unfortunately it can't be devoured until tomorrow

I love mango. I like cheesecake. but I've neer had mango cheesecake. That looks good, man.

Great idea using mangos. And single serving pans, perfect!

Mango with lime. One of my favorites. In the early '00s, I'd breakfast on scrambled, rice, ham, and mango every morning at the Manago, three weeks straight.

I love Mangos but I have to avoid them because of the skin toxin. I'm super sensitive. I try to peel them without getting any skin oils on me and I always fail. That cheesecake looks awesome.
