Great idea using mangos. And single serving pans, perfect! Mango with lime. One of my favorites. In the early '00s, I'd breakfast on scrambled, rice, ham, and mango every morning at the Manago, three weeks straight.  | |||

I love Mangos but I have to avoid them because of the skin toxin. I'm super sensitive. I try to peel them without getting any skin oils on me and I always fail. That cheesecake looks awesome. These go to eleven. | |||
