Crazy that they couldn’t get him on manslaughter. I think he intentionally kicked his leg to hit him high, but no I don’t think he intended to kill him. Don’t need intention for manslaughter, so insane that they couldn’t charge him with it. Makes me think of McSorely/Brashear and Bertuzzi/Moore where both the former were arrested and charged for on ice antics. This guy definitely should have been in my opinion.
