Are you guys reading threads before posting? I'm guessing not.

Yes, it's been mentioned. Several times. More than enough times. Everybody noticed the same thing and they say so in this thread.

The poor driver was traumatized by the criminal attack. He panicked and attempt to flee by backing up. However, he accidentally hit the wrong pedal and the car shot uncontroably across the parking lot. It was the thief that jaywalked in traffic and got hit due to his own carelessness.
Meanwhile the poor driver needs treatment for the resulting PTSD. We need to start a Go Fund Me account.

I just watched it again. The ramming car must have the special cop suspension because it just went right over the parking lot sleeper without so much as a bobble.

A 3,000 lb car is 21,000,000 grains. At 30 mph it is going 40 fps. Plugged into a energy calculator, it has 74,601 ft. lbs of energy Eek .

To put that in perspective, a 20mm m61 HEI has around 40,000 ft lbs of energy.

A puny 10mm is around 650ft. lbs.

If the dumbass survives and can do anything more than drool and soil himself, his forever name needs to be "Speedbump" or "Undercoat.

As for the driver, "retreating threat" my ass. Guy had a gun, still a threat. Until he started checking the oilpan for leaks.

Driver gets a gold star and free parking in the city for a year.

Sorry. At work today, so I was 'skimming' as opposed to reading and missed the reference(s).

I was fleeing for my life in my car, how did I know he was going to run in front of me as I was exiting the parking lot.

It was more of a joke than anything else. Particularly, my comment was centered around his apparent amusement over the whole ordeal.

He committed armed robbery on four victims, got ran over and shot in the head in one fell swoop. "Thug as Fuck" achievement unlocked. It's like something straight out of GTA V.

He needs to have better trigger control discipline.

I guess he ordered to go.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.
