Yeah, that was my thinking. I don't necessarily have a problem with the fate of the bad guy. I'd imagine it is an occupational hazard in his line of work. But I think a DA could make the case that at some point the victim became the aggressor. Two thoughts after watching the video. One, did it appear to anyone else that the cop who was interviewed was grinning when describing what happened? Sure seemed like it to me.
