I’m all for rights for the disabled but that video did not look like a safe event. At all. On the other hand that guy doesn’t let much keep him down. Prison might be easy for that guy.

Maryland Man, part 2

John

The key to enforcement is to punish the violator, not an inanimate object. The punishment of inanimate objects for the commission of a crime or carelessness is an affront to stupidity.

Quadriplegic means they have no control or use any of their four limbs.

Two eye-witnesses.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

In my experience fingerprints have always been vastly overrated as a means of tying someone to a physical object.

Of all the cases I worked as an investigator, I remember one that was conclusively proved by the fingerprints I recovered at the scene and the perpetrator was identified by an anonymous tip. It was so unusual that other agents were slightly amazed by the fact.

Today if the case is important enough, the evidence is handled properly, and the prosecutor is competent (unlike in the Simpson case), DNA is a greater threat to the criminal.

I learned two things today and it is only 9am!

1. Professional Corn Hole players exist
2. Professional Cornhole Players typically earn between $5,000 and $25,000 per year. This income primarily comes from two main sources:
Tournament Winnings: Players earn money based on their performance in various tournaments.
Sponsorships: Many players secure deals with brands that provide financial support in exchange for promoting their products.
Top Earners

While the average earnings are relatively modest, top players can earn significantly more. Some elite players make over $100,000 annually when combining prize money and endorsement deals.

Maybe I should start training?

Quadruple Amputee Cornhole Champion Claims It Was A Different Quadruple Amputee Cornhole Champion Who Shot That Guy

LA PLATA, MD — The alleged perpetrator of a violent crime publicly voiced his innocence in what he said was a case of mistaken identity, as a quadruple amputee cornhole champion claimed it was a different quadruple amputee cornhole champion who shot that guy.

Dayton Weber, arrested and charged in the fatal shooting of a man in a reported escalation of an argument, said that authorities were suspecting him — a professional cornhole player with no arms or legs — when the crime was committed by an entirely different professional cornhole player with no arms or legs.

"You've got the wrong guy," Weber said in a statement released to the press. "I know this looks really bad, but it's simply a case of mistaken identity here. I'm not happy about it, but I can totally understand where the police could think I'm the quadruple amputee cornhole champion who shot that guy. But it was definitely a totally different quadruple amputee cornhole champion who committed this horrible crime. It's an easy mistake. I get it. But it wasn't me."

Police remained certain that Weber was their man. "It's a surprisingly small pool of suspects who match the description," said Charles County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Diane Richardson. "Once we had a description of the suspect, we went to work on narrowing it down, and, as it turns out, there's only one quadruple amputee cornhole champion. We remain open to considering other possibilities, but we believe Mr. Weber is the quadruple amputee corhole champion we're looking for."

At publishing time, authorities were still working to identify other armed men with no arms.

Not to get too technical, but I think if you found a guy with no arms and no legs strung up from a tree, you'd call him a pinata.

Wouldn't the fact that there are no fingerprints help tie the weapon to him?
