I have always thought how fortunate I am about not having a gun lost by Fed Ex but I guess it had to happen.

I was intrigued with the Glockstore 26x serialized frame and put an order in for one in early August and it finally shipped a few days ago. The tracking, per Fed Ex, states it was received/signed for by so and so at 9:24 on this past Monday at my local dealer. The problem is there is no one who works there by that name and it was delivered somewhere about 35 minutes prior to shop even opening. Confused

My ffl dealer, who I have done numerous transactions with over the years, told me someone else about a week ago had the same issue but with a different vendor/gun and the pistol was somehow sent to an Amazon warehouse, whose address is not even close to my ffl dealer. The funny thing is, the Fed Ex shipping terminal is not even a block away from my ffl dealer and if you stand in their parking lot, you can actually see the Fed Ex warehouse/building.

I texted the Glockstore yesterday, as they are busy and you may never get through on the phone line, and they responded with "it was signed for and received". I sent further texts explaining in detail the issue but no one responded to my texts. I called this afternoon and finally got through and spoke with someone else, fortunately, who actually cared about a lost firearm. Cust. service rep. Chris- at the Glockstore, spoke with his boss/manager and he started a case for me with Fed Ex. The worst part is there is no telling when it will get resolved.

What cheeses me off is that whoever responds to the texts for Glockstore, never contacted me again about the situation even after I explained to them what the problem was about a lost firearm. Oh well, nothing else I can do now but wait some more. Just had to rant.

Report it to your local police?

Had a friend do this but there was not much they could/would do until Fed Ex figures out what is happening/tracking. I thought about the ATF as well but being I am not the shipper or actual recipient-the gun shop is, I can't even file a case with Fed Ex and had to have the Glockstore do it.

FedEx delivered 1,000 rnds of HST 9mm in December 2023. The picture was not of my address.

They left it sitting outside the garage door.

I provided them pictures of my address, my garage is around back and I have cameras viewing 360 deg around my house as well as the street in front of my house. No FedEx truck

I was home at the time of delivery and the driver would have to walk by 3 cameras to place the box by my garage.

FedEx denied the shipper's claim, claiming it was delivered.

I cringe when something is shipped via FedEx.

It's worth disputing just on principle, but every dispute I've every had wound up with the credit card company crediting me and eating the charge because it wasn't worth their time to get the money back.

When I had my FFL my local Sears store called me one day and told me they had my shipment. I don't recall what gun it was but it was a handgun and they got my number off the paperwork inside the box.
