I appreciate your frustration. I am glad it was resolved. My only experience with Surefire was a long time ago, and it was excellent. A relatively new L4 developed a green hue. I called Surefire, they issued a pre-paid label because they wanted the light back. I will also add, they send a new L4 before they received th defective one back in their hands.
