Surefire came through , finally . Login/Join

I sent a flashlight in for repair . They have had it for over a month and other than a standard auto - reply there is zero communication . Just tell me " Hey , it's in the que . We're working on it." Anything ..
Oh , they did send me a Customer Survey . Roll Eyes

I got a message from them this afternoon . They offered a replacement for the light . They have redeemed themselves . Big Grin

I appreciate your frustration. I am glad it was resolved.

My only experience with Surefire was a long time ago, and it was excellent.

A relatively new L4 developed a green hue. I called Surefire, they issued a pre-paid label because they wanted the light back.

I will also add, they send a new L4 before they received th defective one back in their hands.

I sent an L4 back . They don't make it anymore . They offered a 6PX as a replacement . Fine with me .

Surefire had one of my broken lights for 6months before replacing it. They said it was a low production item and they will "eventually" replace it.
