Mary Poppins says "Just a spoonful of sugar makes the medicine do down"
So if you're diabetic, you might say "Just a spoonful of medicine makes the sugar go down", right?
Sorry, I should know better than to listen to The Voices...

Sorry, your post does not have the requisite (mis)punctuation that gives a true classic Bendable post its proper Christopher-Walken-esque cadence when read aloud.
Perhaps:
Mary, Poppins says, "Just a spoonful, of sugar makes the, medicine go down"
So a, diabetic might say "Just . . . a spoonful, of medicine makes the, sugar go . . .down"

Perhaps:
Mary, Poppins says, "Just a spoonful, of sugar makes the, medicine go down"
Good try, but you're not getting the spacing right for the commas.
From the Bendablese Guide to Writing Style it should be:
Mary , Poppins says , "Just a spoonful , of sugar makes the , medicine go down"
Bendable: Don't take this seriously. We all love you. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I'm fully convinced that Bendable is the philosoraptor.

No random spelling and you're using words actually in the dictionary.

it takes a while to nail down the nuances of a second language. We can't all be like 0-0, whose idiomatic English never ceases to amaze me.

My mom would never let me have that much sugar in one day. As a parent I discovered why.
