gpbst3Company wants me to pay return shipping for damaged items
We ordered 16 vinyl shutters for the house. The shipping card board stuck to the shutter and left residue all over them. I'm not happy. I call the seller exteriorsolutions.com and say I want a refund. After a talk with the manager they will waive the 35% restocking fee and i would have to ship the shutters back.
Huh. I have to pay to return a damaged item. Shipping 16 shutters without a commercial contract is going to be pretty pricey.
I call the shutter manufacturer perfectshutters.com and tell them the issue. They could care less they ship damaged products and tell me to take it up with the seller.
Currently filing a dispute with the credit card company.

remsigThat's BS but the credit card company should get your full amount back plus return shipping.

Excam_ManWonder if they'd made it right, had you wanted them exchanged vs a refund?

I would have taken the refund and found another supplier.
