Yep happening increasingly more and more. Look for the same thing from another vendor, and "ships from Amazon". I rectified the situation once, but only once by canceling the order and finding it from another vendor on Amazon to re-order it from.

I ordered some carving bits this morning, on Amazon's promise they'd be here tomorrow.

Checked on the order a moment ago: "arriving Thursday."

What the crap, Amazon?!?! I ordered on the premise that your stated delivery time would satisfy my production deadline. Now a full day is getting chopped out of a two-day lead.
