Since getting more health conscious and learning how to read nutrition labels I've gone to just making my own meals.
Its really no wonder everyone is always so sick.

I hate how brands started to make "healthier" snacks that became even worse.

Tastes better, too! We cook most of our meals and use little prepared food. I am surprised how much prepared food some people eat.

The fish is mute, expressionless. The fish doesn't think because the fish knows everything.

Have you tried monkfruit?

Stevia is approved for sale in the United States and Canada despite some resistance among nutritionists and medical researchers, but the European Union has for decades banned it owing to health concerns. If you google " stevia health concerns" you will find a lot of material from what I think are reputable sources.

I do not have a weight problem, but I do make an effort to eat healthy foods. I make an effort to avoid all artificial sweeteners whenever possible. After doing some reading on artificial sweeteners, I am convinced that you are no better off consuming artificial sweeteners than the real thing. But that's just me. I might feel different if I had a weight problem. I don't have a sweet tooth and don't eat any candy at all. I don't drink any soda at all after beating a decades long Mt. Dew addiction a few years ago. I rarely eat cakes and cookies. Except I do have a weakness for oatmeal raisin cookies and an occasional piece of apple or pumpkin pie.

At the beach and some friends showed up with food. one of which was a package of 'healthy' bacon... no nitrates, sugar or antibiotics .....

kind of like when I recently realized how silly it was to look for whole wheat healthy hot dog buns....
