...Now, High Speed Gear. Comp Tac was bought out.

I bought their International holster which offers 3 configurations: paddle, traditional OWB, or cross draw. I wanted the cross draw.

The holster came already set up for traditional OWB. That would be fine but I've got several older Comp Tacs for that.

What I wanted was the cross draw and that involves taking off the holster loop attachment (that would be used for the OWB) and installing the cross draw attachment.

The holster is supposedly predrilled for the cross draw attachment but, the holes don't line up. The supplied extended nuts (facsimile below) did not fit in the predrilled holes and I had to ream out the holes.

Then I discovered the holes in the holster don't match up to the holes in the attachment and I had to elongate the holes for them to fit.

I contacted the new owners and they were uncooperative re any return which is why I did the Harry Homeowner thing. I won't be buying any more Comp Tac.

I made an Ebay deal on a Comp Tac holster. Good thing it was cheap. Not impressed with it. Bulky and made with a thick polymer that appears to be an effort to make it fit multiple pistols.

Their Infidel IWB is great hopefully the new owners don't screw up the product.

Per the website, High Speed Gear bought them 7 years ago so not exactly "new":

The first time I lived in Houston, I used to shoot in a league with Gregg the previous owner. I didn't realize that High Speed Gear moved the business from Houston burbs to Atlanta burbs.

If I understand correctly, this is one holster with different attachments? Sometimes a product that tries to be too many things at once winds up sucking at all of them. The apparently poor design, workmanship or both dovetails with this.

Agreed. Perhaps a bit of an outlier but I really liked their 1-pc paddle holsters. Got up to 3, then noticed they did not make them for other handguns I owned. The International did not hold my other CC choices close to my body shape like the paddle holster did.

Yes it is. It’s a shame they don’t make it for more guns.
