The buttpad is not actually intended as a wearing part and therefore, as far as I know, cannot be separated from the stock in a non-destructive manner. I am also not aware of any specialists who offer this service, This may be the reason why there are no videos about it. If there are clips on the butt plate, you can probably mill the cap out. Otherwise, I would leave it alone, contact SIGSauer in Neuhausen Switzerland. In any case, you should not try to lever it out.

The rubber butt pad can be replaced. I did it. Place the butt pad in a vice. Be sure not to touch the plastic part. The straight part toward the rear of vice. Clamp tightly. Give the stock a quick slap in the direction of the arrow and it will detach. Place the new end-piece in the lower part of stock and gently tap with a rubber mallet.
