As I understand it, the relief only applies to members of SAF and Firearms Policy Coalition. The judge's decision looks solidly reasoned. This is a good start. I expect the issue will eventually make it to SCOTUS.

I look forward to this decision. It’s a PITA that I cannot even use the parking lot of the local P.O. while in possession of a firearm. -------------------------------------—————— ————————--Ignorance is a powerful tool if applied at the right time, even, usually, surpassing knowledge(E.J.Potter, A.K.A. While I don't want to be the case to challenge it in court ($ and aggravation), I believe SCOTUS today would find that the law is quite specific that it means the building not the parking lot, as it is written. And, I believe this lower court ruling would be upheld by SCOTUS, that the ban itself is unConstitutional. I have never worried about it, as I don't give anyone any reason to suspect anything. I hate having to consider all these bs details as a law abiding citizen with no desire to harm anyone.

A federal judge did the same in Florida in January of 2024. It seems in both of these cases, the rulings only apply to the defendants.

"Firearms Policy Coalition Inc, et.al. v. Bondi. FPC is joined by the Second Amendment Foundation and two citizens — Gavin Pate and George Mandry " Believe if you are a member of the FPC or 2A Foundation you're included as protected by the ruling as well, regardless of where you live, not just the two individuals.... BTW if you value your gun rights, join 2AF, they are one of the more prolific lawsuit filing groups for gun rights nationwide.
