Colorado 2020 State Legislature convenes

Too early to know what all the anti-2A legislation is going to look like but Democrat legislators Tom Sullivan and KC Becker are already on record for more gun restrictions this session.

As mentioned in the Colorado Free Resistance thread, so far, proposed legislation includes:

- Enhancements to the Red Flag law, which just went into effect.

- A safe gun storage law.

- Increasing the age to 21 to buy any firearm.

- Mandatory reporting of lost or stolen guns.

The recent Channel 9 news investigative report may lead to some magazine related proposals.

But the Colorado Democrat controlled legislature is emboldened by other state Democrat controlled legislature pushes for gun control (Virginia and Washington for example), so it remains to be seen what all they are going to propose.
