Well, since it was brought up, it is over my head. However, I can read and then consult Google to see that it is a well reasoned argument. I'm a knuckle dragger. I am good at shooting and tactics. But, that doesn't mean that I have to know how the inside of a watch works to tell time. It's the stuff I choose to be good at. A wise SNCO told me one time that you don't have to know everything, you just have to know people that legitimately do.

With that being said, what I don't know, I don't know and I won't make any illusions to the fact that I will defer to very knowledgeable guys like OTD for that knowledge. The mistake may be made by some to think that I was slighting OTD, or otherwise trying to discredit what he was saying. I was not. He has proven himself to be extremely knowledgeable and I enjoy his posts, especially the historic stuff.

I won't redo the reasons I posted telling OTD he was wasting his time as Para sums up my exact feelings on the top post of this thread. It wasn't a slight toward OTD, it was an observation that you can't be logical with someone who refutes logic. It was never meant in any way to be a gig towards OTD, and I've reread it several times to see exactly how the wording was taken as such. That being the case, my apologies to OTD if it was as that was not my intention.
