Yes, that's made by a hanko and it shows my family name in ancient script. I had it made the first time I visited Japan. Everyone gets at least one registered with the government, and is used where we would use a signature.

Kevin, I was internet browsing and found this gal's work on youtube doing some pen, ink and wash that turned out very nice in color. If I could I would. Hope you'll continue in the future.

Very nice! Well, maybe some day I'll pick up a brush again. Busy learning aikido and trying to memorize Japanese characters.
