I quit turkey a long time ago. Yes, I will occasionally make one but that is rare. This is my usual for several years now. 15 minute cook, one pot to clean. Baby Red Potatoes Hot Link Sausage Corn Cobs King Crab Shrimp Crawfish  Left over Crab, Shrimp, Crawfish:  Left over Sausage:  Tomorrow I use the left overs to make a big pot of gumbo that'll last through the weekend. | |||

They look great side_shot and Rogue. I didnt even get a sniff of a turkey this year. Not 1 damn left over turkey sandwich. The breast is all I would buy any more. Used to do mine in a electric roaster. Its my favorite holiday. Life craps without Thanksgiving dinner. | |||
