Let's see 'em!

I FINALLY just laser cut this after some modifications. The magazine slots are a bit tight, so I'll go back and scale them up maybe 1% and trim them with the laser.

210 rounds of RAAAAAAAAAAAAAWR, but quieter.

The next layer down holds the sling, irons adjustment tool, Aimpoint adjustment tool, and suppressor wrenches for the tri-lug or the Wolfman extension.

The case is badass… but you have:
Safe
Pew
Pew, pew, pew
And dirtbike noises…

I like your selector switch.

Thanks; I wish it was legit. It is an MP5K housing, but I didn’t want to pay enough to buy a new truck for the real deal room broom guts. It does look cool, though.

Epilog Fusion Pro 36 with a dual fiber/CO2 source. It took some screwing around on scrap pieces to dial it in to cut without burning or melting.

YellowJacket helped me with the outline vector file.

Thank you! I was debating between the HK and the clones. While some of the clones are a really good deal and much cheaper, i figured I would get bugged by the choice every time I picked it up for the rest of time.

I lightly enlarged the magazine cutouts; much better fit now. I love how I still have tons of space on the pluck layer, below. I may be adding a spot for a light.

Considering I got the Pelican Case for free, Im still ahead of the game.

Still probably cheaper than buying the machine and foan, cutting it myself.

My case is going to be for transporting whatever I feel like taking to the range that day, so the rotation will vary.

There’s probably enough here on Sig Forum that have a need for the foam cut specifically for whatever case. Hell, had I would have known…
You might just have a nice little side job in your future!

Love the fact you did that with a laser. Here is my "hand done" job with a razor blade. The sides were pretty easy but "scalloping" the bottom was a PITA.

Pictured are my Feinwerkbau air rifle, Feinwerkbau air pistol, and accessories thereof.

Monkey, you have a long way to go lol.
