In the past couple of weeks I have occupied my copious free time by compiling and posting sets of photos to the Ugly Hedgehog photo Group. If you're curious, you can access them at this link:

You're very welcome. I posted them as links because I don't like to take up a lot of space here. (Not sure para likes us to link to other sites, but I think that restriction is just for other gun boards.)

I see a lot of views but no comments. Did anyone else actually go look at some of my shots?

I like this one best.

It's an honest shot. I haven't gotten used to the newer methods of showing waterfalls as time elapsed or processed.

Thanks, ffips. I like that picture a lot, too. I want my pictures of moving water to show what I actually see--some motion, but not blurry.

I live near Great Falls in Virginia and love your photos! I too, post some of my work on UHH (and I have a UHH pin on my camera bag!), but I've never seen yours before. Thanks!

You can't truly call yourself "peaceful" unless you are capable of great violence. If you're not capable of great violence, you're not peaceful, you're harmless.

Hi, fpuhan! Nice to see another Hog here. I've seen your photos and you also do a fine job.

You went through my old stomping grounds up in Glacier National Park! How did you swing through? Did you get to Waterton Lakes National Park as well?

I opted for the AMTRAK 9-day rail tour from Chicago to Seattle, with 4 days and nights in Glacier NP. Yes, we did go to Waterton Lakes NP one day. The photos of the entire AMTRAK tour are here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/...s/72157635037593408/ . There are individual Albums for various sections of Glacier NP.

Fantastic! Crown of the continent right there. Logan's Pass is an epic drive, looks like you did it in style!
I grew up about 5 miles north of Waterton Park. The area was devastated by a major wildland fire a couple years ago.
Thank you for sharing the pics. My wife will be thrilled.

Nice stuff. Woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't get back to sleep, so I checked out your pictures. Lots of neat panoramic stuff. You're quite the world traveler as well as being an accomplished photographer. Nice! Big Grin
