A couple weeks ago, LGS got a spankin' new 9mm Pro in stock. Like a dumbass, I asked to see it. Big mistake!

Sooooooo I get home, promptly hop on GunBroker to find one in the proper caliber.

Few days later this showed up at my FFL. 2004 vintage. Good and broke in, but still nice and tight.

My credit card still isn't speaking to me. Big Grin

Ain't nothing prettier than a good 1911! Except women. And some cats and dogs.

Very nice find, congratulations.

I want one, also in the proper caliber.

I had a chance to purchase one new in box .

Then the guy said it would take 350 rounds to break it in.

I passed and kick myself on a regular basis

I hate to admit it, but outside of my two surplus USGI 1911's in 45 ACP, my favorite 1911 is the one in 9mm.

9mm 1911s are a blast to shoot. And cheaper. I used one in IDPA for years.
