Sorry for the lack of better closeups...

This one is an Anderson lower, PSA melonite upper.

"A3/4" configuration, more or less. You know the drill.

Below when it was new.

After using it for a while.

Not an authentic “CAR” or “XM177” style AR, but one I’ve been enjoying. The lower is from a Bushmaster Patrolman’s Carbine and the upper came from our own Classifieds section. Upper has an 11.5-inch barrel and a welded and pinned CAR-style flash suppressor.

Oldie-but-goodie Colt 20-round magazine also shown.

A young doe to help fill the freezer. An awful picture, but it was VERY windy and VERY cold and I was losing what little light I had, so there was no time to pose for glamor shots. Wink

300/221... all parts and pieces on my old preban PWA lower.

Nice 6.5 Grendel! How does she shoot? I have been mulling around a new build. Toss up between 224 Valkyrie, 6.5 Grendel, and 6.5 Creedmoor. I am pretty sure I settled on 6.5 Grendel as the flavor.

I got to zero it and then put an additional 50rds thru it doing a function test.
I’m hoping to get more time with it this Spring.

Great pics everyone. I've used some ideas for my couple of AR builds from a few of the pics in this thread. Whether it's something pricey like a trigger or as simple as rail covers or grips.
