Just dusting off the Sig P226 and P229 .357 Sigs and wondering what people are using for powders. I've played with Power Pistol and AA #9. Don't get great groups with AA #9. Loading 125gn.

I'm a big fan of Accurate #7. Accurate and I can get really fast rounds without signs of pressure. Lately I've been using the RMR "Nuke" bullet.

Blue Dot will get the job done quite handily, but expect a fair amount of "flash-bang".

Most all of my 357SIG ammo has been loaded with Power Pistol. I find that it works great with everything from my 90 grain JHPs all the way up to my 147s. The only other powder that I have used is Accurate Arms #7

I began loading the 147 JHP after Federal discontinued their 150 grain offering. These get used in the suppressed MP5/357

When I get low on powder I will probably also give BE-86 a try. I have a friend that speaks very highly of this powder

Ive had the best luck with AA#7. Power Pistol also works well.
