Advice on loading a 400 corbon Login/Join

I just got a 400 Corbon barrel for my P220.
Im going to order some factory formed brass and load my own.
Does anyone have a recommended recipe for beginning loads?
What grain bullets?
Right now I'm looking for a 22# recoil spring, too.
Thanks.

The best advice I could give is to call the guys at Sierra. 800-223-8799. I haven't called in year, but I assume they're still active.
