For carry, all my 9's have Lehigh Defense Extreme Defense/Penetrator ammo. I'm big on penetration over expansion & if you buy into what there bullet does (and I do) it gives me great penetration & a huge wound cavity.
For practice & training, I reload 124g HP's or FMJ.
