Loaded 100 rounds of .308 yesterday, then went and shot half of them up.
Got new chronograph numbers, too. Turns out the load that I thought was 2495 was actually 2531. Not sure what the reason for that was, as Varget is supposed to be very not-temp-sensitive...
Whats your recipe?
Berger 185 Hybrid
43.5gr Varget
FGMM LRP
Lapua
Yeah, that's the heartbreak of chronos. Mine varys every time I set it up.
What chrono are you using?

CED M2. It's been good to me in the past.. Now, it has me wondering a little bit.
A buddy that was with me at the range that is quite a better shooter than I am offered for me to go to his place out in the sticks and help me build a drop chart so I can stop relying on these electronic ballistic calculators. He only has room to 500, but that will be a good start, I think. I just may take him up on it.
Probably a good idea. At the least, you can calculate a true MV from the dope required at various distances.
That's what I ended up doing. It will vary only a SMALL AMOUNT FROM DAY TO DAY UNLESS YOU CHANGE A VARIABLE LIKE BRASS, PRIMER, POWDER LOT, ETC.

nosigsyetLoaded 500 rounds of 9mm with my last bit of 231. Loaded my first 50 rounds of .40 today. 165 grain Berry's plated bullet with 4.8. grains WST. Shot very well in my old work Gen 3 G22. I read and believed all the horror stories of loading .40 ammo and now wonder what all the fuss was about? I actually think .40 is easier than 9mm to reload for in some aspects.....

PrudenceRolled 800 rnds 9mm 124 gr fmj using Bullseye and 200 rnds 38 spl 148 gr hbwc to finish off the BE while it rained most of the day. Also Cleaned the 1911's today, I will tackle the revolvers tomorrow. Then I can swap over to working up new 45 Colt loads.

Agreed, there are always better ways. However I don't shoot the kind of volume to warrant the expense of a Giraud. Far too many other toys on the radar

X-treme makes the shiniest plated bullets out there. Frontier makes the dullest. Everything else is in between.
