jsjacPowder question
I pulled a could of bullets out of some Sig Arms hollow point bullets. When I tried to dump the powder of nothing came out.
Looks like it was a compressed load. Tapped the case on the table still would not dump out.
Do compressed powder charges get so packed in they will not dump out without digging them out.
Not sure if this is normal.
Any thoughts?

Flash-LBI've seen it before. I just use a dental probe to loosen it.

vulrathShort answer is yes, it can happen. I've accidentally made such nuggets before when I forgot to empty a 6.5 Creedmoor case before running it through the sizer die (this was when I was still sorting out my neck tension issues).

This. A toothpick can also work.
