Trying to figure out when the budget will allow. Should be in the next 60 days. Will probably buy everything and have to let it sit while I reorganize my reloading area. ERJ - Neglected to mention a great upgrade you will want to consider. You do not need this initially, but you will eventually want one, especially if you decide later on to purchase a Rollsizer (since you are shooting 40S&W) because you can use the Dillon RL1100 case feeder, as mounted on your RL1100, to feed your Rollsizer (just change out the rigid drop tube to a non-rigid clear poly tube you can buy at Home Depot or Lowe’s for $8.00. Gavin’s video is not hype - this case feeder plate has changed the speed for reloaders that have bullet feeders on their machines. Many complained using the Dillon factory case plate, because when they have everything dialed in and working perfectly on their RL1100, they ended up waiting on more brass to drop from the case feeder to the machine. This plate has helped me because I have a Rollsizer Decapping machine set up next to my RL1100. This plate allows me to run my decapping machine at a faster rate vs. having to wait on the brass from the case feeder. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yYCu9lj0Pwk https://www.doublealpha.biz/us...bo-case-feeder-plateThis message has been edited. ^^^^^ Man!! That Gavin thinks of EVERYTHING!!! Thanks for those links, sigarms!! Question...when you refer to "Rollsizer" or "Rollsizing" (have never heard that term), are you talking about removing the Glock Bulge from rounds that have been fired in a Glock, i.e., full-length sizing the brass? If that's the case (no pun intended... ), I purchased a Lee Bulge Buster Kit and run all my .40 S&W brass through that on my RCBS Rock Chucker after it has been deprimed and cleaned. If "Rollsizing" is something different, please advise. Thanks!!! ETA: Did a little research on "rollsizing" at https://www.rollsizer.com/shop...SE-ERLS%20AUS%20PLUG and watched a YT vid that was hooked up to a case feeder. Now THAT'S pretty cool!! It's doing the same job as the Bulge Buster Kit, but automated. And it might be a little more consistent. My "automation" is my nephew (and sometimes niece) that help me on the bench with stuff like this. I would DEFINITELY consider that for future purchase, though!!! I believe the Rollsizer comes with the tube, but I know the Decapper does. If you want to Rollsize or use their Decapper, you may want to modify the micro switch on the case feeder. Modify the case feeder to eliminate the momentary stop start cycle as each case passes through. It will still stop the case feeder when the micro switch is held down, as with a full tube. https://www.doublealpha.biz/us...%20case%20feeder.pdf Took me about 10 minutes to mod and with the Turbo plate, will easily keep up with the Rollsizer Decapper unit at 3,600 cases an hour. Side note, the new Dillon case feeders go to 11… Do not send me to a heaven where there are no dogs. Step Up or Stand Aside: Support the Troops ! Expectations are premeditated disappointments.

Riley - THANK YOU SIR for this information and the photos. I will be looking at making this modification this week. ERJ - When you mentioned in your original posts that your plan was to get your ammo loaded as efficiently and effectively as possible and that you were shooting a lot of 40S&W, the Rollsizer immediately came to mind because of its speed and quality design. The unit is expensive but it does a great job and it does it quickly. I do not own the Rollsizer - Rollsizer yet but one day I will. I do own the Rollsizer Decapping system and love it. To date I would estimate I have deprimed about 55,000 pieces of various small pistol and small rifle brass and I just moved another 30,000 pieces of 9mm and 5,000 pieces of 223/5.56 brass into my reloading room that I will run through my deprimer in the next few weeks.

^ You’re welcome! Also, I suggest seating and crimping in separate station and use an endoscope to visually check powder level vs a powder check die system. You may wish to remove the ratchet as well, when you’re comfortable. You’ll need a couple washers to make up the space for the bolt. It’s there to limit the chances of a double charge if the handle is fully cycle or for some reason the shell plate doesn’t rotate. I prefer to just clear off the shell plate if an issue. The ratchet will prevent raising the tool head mid stroke which can be a issue if a case gets jammed. I also use a Inline fab mount to raise the press 4”. Also, I use a Range Panda mount for the bullet feeder to mount it on a 3/4” pipe to get it off the casefeeder and makes it easier to adjust. https://rangepanda.com/products/mrb-feeder-pipe-mount Do not send me to a heaven where there are no dogs. ^^^^ Thanks for all those tips and ideas, Riley!! [thumbs up] To add: I personally don't have a problem combining seat/crimp in one step on pistol. If I were loading for competition, then it would probably matter. For this application, not so much. Having said that, I WILL set up my RCBS Pro 2000 to seat and crimp separately for .223 loads. Since I do so much pre-prep on that brass, the first station is actually powder drop followed by powder check (might investigate endoscope for that), bullet drop, seat, and finally Lee Factory Crimp. I have the RangePanda mount that Riley referenced and it works great. I mounted mine on a Steel pipe with a threaded flange on each end. Bottom flanged is screwed to the reloading bench and the top flange is screwed to a slightly recessed 3/4” thick shelf above my reloading bench. My Mr. Bullet Feeder does not move at all. I purchased a longer than needed pipe and had the guys at work cut it and thread it for me so it is a nice TIGHT fit.
