Was shooting with a friend and he had a case completely separate in the chamber of his new 365. The head is long gone, but the rest of the case is still in the barrel.

9mm reloads depend upon pressure/accuracy you are seeking. I usually start seeing problems around the 5-6th load on some manuf. I toss when you start seeing a line being pushed together or you see the look of a mushroom near the headcase area. Both signs the brass should be discarded.
