Been spending a lot of time in the reloading room lately, love it, relaxing and noticed in my inventory of powders a couple I haven't loaded. These are only maybe 5 or 6 years old, sealed and stored well, not worried about them from a quality standpoint. They are Vihtavuori N120 and Accurate AA2200. Relatively fast or faster than my other powders. I imagine got them when I first started reloading, not really knowing anything and just getting something to get started. I they might bee good for lighter 223's but I only mainly shoot 69's or 77's and most all are 1/8. Any other calibers these are good for or are how are you using them, and how do you like them? I may have 6 or 8 lbs of each. I currently reload: * 223 (55~77gn) * 6.8spc (85~120gn) * 308 (155~175gn) * 6.5cm (120~140gn) Open to sugestions, thanks.

I suspect the N120 might prove useful for 300 Blackout loads. N110 is very close to H110 and often used as an alternate to H110. N120 should have a very similar burn rate and potential usage. As for the Accurate 2200, that is an excellent powder for Varmint loads in .223 and 6.8 SPC. So I suggest you hang on to that. Data will be available on the Hodgdon reloading web site if they every get that damned circle to stop spinning. I've stopped counting.

N120 is a great powder for .45-70 with lighter weight bullets from 250gr up to 350gr. Very accurate in my 1895 with 300gr Barnes TSX and 325gr Hornady FTX.
