OttoSigDo any of you use aftermarket Dillon roller handles?
Some have adjustments on 4 axis, and 10$ cheaper than the Dillon offerings. But I’m inclined to buy another Dillon for my second press.
First Dillon doesn’t offer any complaints but I wanted to ask before I bought another one.

sigarmsp226Otto - I use the Dillon roller handle on both of my 650 presses. I also use the foam sleeve that goes over the handle. On those long loading or brass processing sessions, the foam sleeve really seems to help with my grip (keep in mind I am an old guy so my grip strength seems to reduce as my loading sessions lengthen (especially after 500 pulls).

I’m sure it tough to quantify, but is the ergonomic handle considerably better than the Dillon? Maybe I get one for each press.

RileyYes. I used the included ball handle with the 650 for lots of rounds. For me, at my preferred height set up the lower position was a little too low and the straight handle barely cleared the bench edge. The Ergo handle keeps the lowered position higher and clears the bench more.
I’m using a roughly 40” high bench, the InLine 7.5” tall mount and the InLine handle and load standing.
If you are buying a new handle anyway, and at the same or similar prices, the InLine Ergo is worth it.

shikemdI've been using the InLine Ergo on another brand for years and it was a considerable upgrade over the ball on the end of the lever. Well worth the cost, as it most everything InLine sells.

gnappiMY RCBS Big Max has a roller handle and none on my 5 Dillon presses. I found that the raising the press height with a "Strong mount" type of mount works better than the roller handle for ease of use.

JupiterI added the roller handles to my RL550 and XL650. Way better for me.
My old RL1050 came with a roller handle.
