Now that I am wearing a jacket most of the time, is there any shoulder holster for the 365?

Galco lists several, but they are pricey. Except the Lite 2.0, which you can usually get for around $100 bucks or so. I have one that has served me well for years. If money and wait time is not a concern, look into the Andrews Leather Monarch.
