I would look at FIST Holsters.

A 2nd idea is the ‘Kangaroo Carry’ holster.

I have an Alessi “Bodyguard” horizontal shoulder rig for my P238, with a dual mag pouch on the off side. I’m very happy with it. Nicely made. The straps are wider over the shoulders for comfort. Doesn’t dangle when I lean forward.

The retention method is Alessi’s “Speed Break”, which snaps closed within the trigger guard. A sharp tug on the grip releases the pistol – no need to fumble with a back strap snap. It has a decades-long track record. Alessi offers the “Speed Break” only for pistols with a safety.

Alessi quoted a two-month delivery time, but mine came in three weeks. YMMV.

P. S. – I advise Mitch Rosen’s “Leather Lightning” leather lubricant to ease break-in.
