Hi, can anyone recommend a IWB holster that accepts an Xcompact with a Streamlight TLR7a attached? Or must I go custom? I’ve checked a couple brands I’m used to with no luck.

Try taking a look at Tier 1 concealment.

It looks like at least the T1-Echo & Xiphos V2 models support that configuration.
