Ozark Holster company shows an option for their Hybrid IWB for the No-Rail P229 40/357.
I've got one for my M11A1 and I really like it. Great holster for the price.

Yep, these are keepers. Stealthgear Vent core
Fits 228, 229 9mm and 229 40/357



Backing is very comfortable.
